Getting your NED swimwear quickly and safely at your doorstep is our priority. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
Doing some very last minute shopping...? We hear you! We know you can be in a rush sometimes. For urgent requests please contact us at diana@nedswim.com and we will do everything we can to get it to you promptly. Note, slight delays might occur over the busy periods such as Christmas and at Sale time. We appreciate your understanding here!
For our shipping, we use a combination of Sendle and Australia Post.
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking details.
Within Australia
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $89 within Australia.
FLAT FEE of $7 for orders under $89
Delivery takes approx. 2-3 days to main cities and 5-9 days to rural areas.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International orders
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $199 worldwide.
FLAT FEE of $20 for orders under $199
Delivery times depend on the destination but range between 3 – 15 days. Please contact us if you require a rough estimation.
We do our best to get your goods to you as efficiently as possible however, any additional penalty, customs duties and/or other relevant taxes imposed by the destination authorities will be borne by the recipient.
Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. In the scenario the receiver is required to pick-up the parcel from a pick-up location (i.e. because the receiver was not home or as requested) it is the receiver’s responsibility to pick the parcel up within the allotted time frame. Cost arisen from failing to do so will be the receiver’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for redelivery.
Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist, should items become lost or damaged in transit, NED swim is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
