WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Every child is different and goes through different growth periods in their early years. You can find a sizing chart on our website with suit measurements and general age indications. If you are not sure please contact us at hello@nedswim.com and we are happy to provide some recommendations for you.


DO YOU MAKE SUITS FOR BABIES?
Our 1 years rash guards might fit some babies at 6 months, please have a peek at our sizing chart for sizing. We are working on baby friendly swimwear that will provide more sun coverage. So sign-up to find out when this will be launched!


WHAT LEVEL OF SUN PROTECTION DOES NED SWIMWEAR HAVE ?
NED swimwear has been tested for UV sun protection factor. All our swimwear provide UPF50+, blocking over 97,5% of the sun's harm-full rays. Please check out our blog for all the ins and outs on sun safety!


HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
For Australia we have free shipping on all orders over $100 or a flat fee of $7 for orders under $100. 

For international we have free shipping on all orders over $175 or a flat fee of $15 for orders under $175.

Note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES NED SWIM ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards. We don't offer Afterpay at this stage.

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?
Absolutely! NED Swim uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Change of mind.. it can happen! You can change or cancel your order within 3 hours of time of purchase. Please contact us at hello@nedswim.com.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Australian deliveries take approx. 2-3 days to main cities and 5-9 days to rural areas.

International deliveries depend on the destination but range between 3 - 15 days. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will sent out an email with your tracking details link once your parcel is sent. You can check the status of shipment through this link at any time.

 

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order means that we currently don't have the item in stock but will be added to our inventory soon. When you purchase a pre-sale item we will send you a notification once the items have arrived and estimated date of delivery. You can cancel a pre-sale order up until it's processed.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that NED swim does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Each country has their own laws when it comes to duties and taxes. These charges go to the country where the package is received and have no link to our shipping process. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by NED swim, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.


HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF NED SWIMWEAR?
Handle with love to get the most out of your swimwear. DO NOT IRON. Rinse with cold water after each use. 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
NED Swim accepts refunds within 30 days of receiving our product.

NED Swim accepts exchanges for wrong sizes.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition, with all labels and original packaging intact.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

NOTE; Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping.


ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to NED Swim for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@nedswim.co with your full name and order number.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

NED swim cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.


WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@nedswim.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
