Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be in love with your purchase every time.

If you changed your mind... that’s ok! We accept refunds within 30 days of receiving our product.

Or if you got the wrong size? We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving our products.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition, with all labels and original packaging intact.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Please note the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to NED swim for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

To return or exchange an item simply email us your name and order number (found in your confirmation email) to hello@nedswim.com.  We will then provide you with all the details on returning your purchase.  

Once the item has been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). We will try to process this as quickly as possible but please allow 3 – 5 days.

NED swim cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of swimwear being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.


IS YOUR ITEM FAULTY?
We hope that this is never the case, but if it is please send us an email to hello@nedswim.com. The item will need to be sent back to us for assessment before a refund is confirmed.

All sale items are final sale. We DO NOT offer any exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing on sale items.
